肝脏移植围术期预防感染的护理措施

The nursing measures to prevent infection during the perioperative period of liver transplantation

目的:分析预防感染护理对肝脏移植围术期患者感染发生率的影响。方法:2016年6月-2019年6月收治肝脏移植围术期患者58例,随机分为两组,各29例。参照组开展常规护理干预;预防组开展预防感染护理。比较两组感染发生率及感染发生部位。结果:预防组感染发生率明显低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组已感染患者各发生部位情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:将预防感染护理用于肝脏移植围术期患者作用显著。

Objective:To explore the effect of infection prevention nursing on the incidence of infection in perioperative patients of liver transplantation.Methods:From June 2016 to June 2019,58 patients in the perioperative period of liver transplantation were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 29 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention and the prevention group was given infection prevention nursing.We compared the incidence of infection and the site of infection between groups.Results:The incidence of infection in the prevention group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in all parts of infected patients between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of infection prevention nursing on the incidence of infection in perioperative patients of liver transplantation is significant.
