腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术的手术室护理配合体会

Experience of nursing cooperation in operating room for laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer

目的:总结腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术的手术室护理配合体会。方法:2017年5月-2019年5月收治直肠癌患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上加强各项护理配合。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组术中出血量、手术时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间、VAS评分及并发症发生率均显著低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加强术前访视、手术室环境准备、术前准备、器械配合、术中护理配合和术后护理配合可明显提高护理效果。

Objective:To summarize the experience of operation room nursing cooperation in laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer.Methods:From May 2017 to May 2019,60 patients with rectal cancer were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups of 30 cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group strengthened all kinds of nursing cooperation on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing effect between the two groups was compared.Results:The blood loss,operation time,anal exhaust time,length of stay,VAS score and complication rate in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthening preoperative visits,operating room environment preparation,preoperative preparation,equipment cooperation,intraoperative nursing cooperation and postoperative nursing cooperation can significantly improve the nursing effect.
