普外科腹腔镜手术患者围手术期不适症状的分析及护理

Analysis and nursing of perioperative discomfort of patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery in general surgery

目的:分析普外科腹腔镜手术患者围手术期的不适症状及护理。方法:2018年8-11月收治普外科腹腔镜手术患者100例,均发放问卷调查表,详细了解患者在围手术期产生的各类不适症状。结果:100例患者中围手术期不适症状包括咽部不适、腹部有疼痛感、饥饿感、口渴,另外术后在留置尿管期间有刺痛感,而在尿管拔出后有尿频、尿痛等情况。导致患者产生各类不适症状的影响因素有术前禁饮、禁食、麻醉方案、术后留置尿管等。结论:普外科腹腔镜手术患者围手术期不适症状比较复杂,可针对常见不适症状给予综合护理干预措施,改善患者生活质量。

Objective:To explore the perioperative discomfort symptoms and nursing of laparoscopic surgery patients in general surgery.Methods:From August to November 2018,100 patients with laparoscopic surgery in general surgery were selected,through the questionnaire form of qualification,we can know all kinds of discomfort symptoms of patients in perioperative period in detail.Results:Discomfort symptoms included discomfort in the throat,abdominal pain,hunger and thirst,in addition,there was tingling during the period of indwelling catheter,and frequent urination and urination pain after the catheter was pulled out.The influencing factors of all kinds of discomfort symptoms were preoperative prohibition of drinking and fasting,anesthesia program,postoperative indwelling catheter and so on.Conclusion:The perioperative discomfort symptoms of laparoscopic surgery patients in general surgery are complex,we can give comprehensive nursing interventions for common discomfort symptoms to improve the quality of life of patients.
