长春西汀治疗急性冠脉综合征合并高血压对患者血小板参数及血液动力学指标的影响

Effects of vinpocetine in treatment of patients with acute coronary syndrome and hypertension onplatelet parameters and hemorheological indexes

目的:探讨长春西汀治疗急性冠脉综合征(ACS)合并高血压对患者血小板参数和血液动力学指标的影响。方法:选择2015年4月—2018年6月诊治的ACS合并高血压患者120例,将其分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予长春西汀治疗。两组均治疗14 d,对比两组患者治疗前后血小板参数、血液动力学相关指标及不良反应。结果:与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后血小板计数(PLT)明显升高,平均血小板体积(MPV)和血小板分布宽度(PDW)明显降低,同时观察组升高或降低幅度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数、纤维蛋白原浓度和血小板聚集率等血液动力学指标均明显降低,且观察组血液动力学各指标明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:长春西汀可有效改善ACS合并高血压患者的血小板参数和血液动力学相关指标。

Objective:To study the effects of Vinpocetine in treatment of patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS)and hypertension on platelet parameters and hemorheological indexes.Methods:A total of 120 patients with ACS and hypertension who were diagnosed and treated in the hospital from April 2015 to June 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment.On this basis,the observation group was given vinpocetine.Both groups were treated for 14 days.The platelet parameters,hemorheology related indexes and adverse reactionsin both groups before and after treatment were measured.Results:The platelet count(PLT)of both groups was significantly increased after treatment,while mean platelet volume(MPV)and platelet distribution width(PDW)were significantly decreased.The increase or decrease of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,hemorheological indexes such as whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation index,fibrinogen concentration and platelet aggregation rate in both groups were significantly decreased.The hemorheological indexesof observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Vinpocetine can effectively improve platelet parameters and hemorheology related indexes in patients with ACS combined with hypertension.
