调q激光治疗黄褐斑鼠模型的病理实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:研究调q激光治疗户外紫外线(UVB)诱导的黄褐斑豚鼠模型的效果及可能机制。方法:选取UVB诱导的黄褐斑模型豚鼠20只,随机分为实验组(调q激光治疗组)和对照组(氢醌治疗组),每组各10只。实验组予以调q激光治疗,对照组给予氢醌治疗。4个月后观察各组豚鼠皮损变化及皮损组织病理改变。结果:实验组与对照组相比,皮损肉眼观及组织病理免疫组化表现均明显改善。结论:调q激光治疗黄褐斑豚鼠疗效显著,可能与调q激光选择性破坏黑素细胞、减少黑色素生成有关。 Objective:To explore the effect and the possible mechanism of q-switched Laser in the treatment for melasma mouse model induced by UVB.Methods:All 20 mice with chloasma induced by UVB were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group(q-switched laser therapy),the control group(hydroquinone therapy).The changes of skin lesions and pathological changes of skin lesions in each group were observed after 4 months.Results:The skin lesion performances and the histopathological manifestations of skin lesions of mice in treatment group was improved than that of control group B.Conclusion:The curative effect of q-switched Laser in melasma mouse model was significantly,which may be related to the selective destruction of q-switched Laser for melanocyte.
