摘要
多元教学模式比起传统课堂讲授法的优势在于提高了学生的参与度,强调学生对知识的迁移能力。文章阐述了多元教学模式在商务谈判课程中的实践方法和效果分析。证明多元教学模式的实践是成功的,对于提高学生的全面发展,职业道德操守的塑造和技能的提高是有效的。
Comparing with traditional teacher-centered teaching tool,blended teaching takes the advantage on students'participation and the ability of knowledge transferring.This article elaborates blended teaching module implementation in the course of business negotiation.It proves that the practice of multiple teaching models is successful,and it is effective for improving the overall development of students,shaping professional ethics and improving skills.
