基于地方高师院校“三位一体”协同培养中小学教师模式研究

摘要 随着素质教育改革进程的不断推进,国家及有关部门对地方高师院校教学水平提出了更高要求,并强调采购“三位一体”方式培养中小学教师。文章就基于此,对“三位一体”方式及其在协同培养地方高师院校中小学教师中的积极作用进行相关概述,旨在充分发挥“三位一体”协同培养模式的积极作用,为切实提升地方高师院校中小学教师教师质量及效率奠定坚实基础。 With the continuous advancement of the quality education reform process,the state has set higher requirements on the teaching level of local normal colleges and universities in related departments,and emphasized the procurement of the"Trinity"method to train primary and secondary school teachers.Based on this,this paper summarizes the positive role of the"Trinity"and the"Trinity"approach in the cooperative training of primary and secondary school teachers in local normal universities.The purpose is to give full play to the positive role of the"Trinity"cooperative training mode,in order to effectively improve the quality of primary and secondary school teachers in local normal universities and colleges.Efficiency lays a solid foundation.
