摘要
通过对油菜-棉花、小麦-棉花和马铃薯-棉花3种种植模式下的直播棉生育进程、干物质积累与分配、产量及效益的分析,明确了播期早晚对直播棉产量影响较大,随播期推迟,子棉日均减产18.75 kg/hm^2,棉田收益马铃薯-棉花模式最高,小麦-棉花模式最低。与小麦前茬相比,油菜秸秆还田改善土壤环境效果好,土壤磷酸酶和脲酶活性高,容重低。土壤真菌多样性检测结果表明,油菜-棉花、小麦-棉花和马铃薯-棉花3种模式OTU数分别为976、803、715个;3种模式共有OTU数为208个。
Abstrct: The cotton growing process,dry matter accumulation and distribution,yield and comprehensive benefit of cotton field all decreased with the delay of seeding times through the study on eco-environmental effect of three planting patterns,wheetcotton,rapeseed-cotton and potato-cotton. With the delay of seedlings dates,the yield decreased 18.75 kg/hm^2. The economic income of potato-cotton is the highest,and that of wheet-cotton is the lowest. Compared with wheet-cotton, in straw returning,rapeseed-cotton reduced soil bulk density and significantly improved soil structure, the activity of soil phosphatase and urease. The results of soil fungal diversity test showed that the OTU in three patterns of rapeseed-cotton, wheat-cotton and potato-cotton is 976,803,715, respectively. The number of total OTU in three modes is 208.
