摘要
对捕自张广才岭北部的小飞鼠(Pteromys volans),在实验室笼养条件下进行了秋季的昼夜活动节律观察研究。结果表明,小飞鼠表现出典型的夜行性动物行为节律特征,且受自然光照影响较大,随夜间提前和破晓延后,小飞鼠巢外活动也随之变化。巢外总活动平均每昼夜时间量为337.33 min(5.62 h),夜间活动占92.23%,巢外取食活动和其他活动各占37.72%和62.28%。巢外总活动、取食和其他活动均在17:00-19:00、21:00-22:00和3:00-5:00出现活动高峰。其中,夜间每小时时间段内,仅取食活动频次与时间量呈显著正相关(r=0.600,P<0.05),线性回归方程y=4.826x-4.475。
The study was about observation on circadian activity rhythm of Pteromys volans that were caught from northern Zhangguangcai mountain in autumn and fed under the cage condition in the laboratory. The results showed that the Pteromys volans had typical behavioral rhythm of nocturnal animals and was greatly influenced by natural light. With early night and late dawn, the activities outside the nest of the mice also changed. The total out-of-nest activity time was 337.33 min(5.62 h),of which 92.23% were nocturnal activities, 37.72% were out-of-nest foraging activities and 62.28% were other activities. Total activities, foraging and other activities outside the nest all peaked at 17:00-19:00 pm, 21:00-22:00 pm and 3:00-5:00 am. The frequency of foraging activity was significant positively correlated with the amount of time(r=0.600,P<0.05), and the linear regression equation was y=4.826 x-4.475.
