Problems and countermeasures in the development of agricultural science and technology in Hubei province

客观分析了湖北省当前农业科技发展面临的主要问题,找出了制约当前湖北省农业科技发展的主要原因,并从深化农业科技创新体制改革、建立政府投入为主的多元投入体系、构建农业科技创新创业激励机制、建立完善的成果转化新机制等4个方面提出了推进湖北省农业科技发展的对策建议,旨在助力推进湖北省乡村振兴战略的实施,加快湖北省由农业大省向农业强省的转变。

The main problems faced by the development of agricultural science and technology in Hubei province were objectively analyzed. The main reasons that restrict the development of agricultural science and technology in Hubei province have been found out. Four aspects were put forward to promote the development of agricultural science and technology in Hubei province, including deepening the reform of agricultural science and technology innovation system, establishing a multi input system with government investment as the main part, building an incentive mechanism for agricultural science and technology innovation and entrepreneurship, and improving a new mechanism for transformation of achievements. The countermeasures and suggestions for the development of science and technology are aimed at promoting the implementation of the strategy of vitalizing villages in Hubei province and accelerating the transformation of Hubei province from a large agricultural province to a strong agricultural province.
