回龙抽水蓄能电站振摆保护装置配置及应用

摘要 抽水蓄能机组由于水头高、机组转速高和水流双向运行的特性,必须配置机组振摆保护装置。回龙蓄能电站机组配置了独立振摆监测装置及振摆保护装置。针对不同工况下振摆数值相差较大的特点,按负荷区分稳定工况区和不稳定工况区,分别设置报警定值、延迟时间、停机逻辑,确保了机组全过程的安全运行。停机逻辑判断及延时时间由振摆保护装置完成,其停机输出直接作用于紧急停机回路,不再通过监控判断,保证了振摆保护装置开出的及时性和真实性。优化通道配置方式,实现了同一部位冗余测点分布在不同监测采集模块,从而避免了某一监测模块出现故障导致误停机。 Since a pumped storage unit features high head,high speed and operation under bidirectional flow,it must be equipped with a vibration and runout protection device.The unit of the Huilong Pumped Storage Power Station is equipped with independent vibration and runout monitoring device and corresponding protection device.Considering large numerical difference in vibration and runout under different operating conditions,stable and unstable operating condition areas are distinguished from each other based on load.Meanwhile,these devices are also equipped with alarm setting,delay time and shutdown logic to ensure safe operation of the unit in the whole process.The shutdown logic judgment and the delay time are completed by the vibration and runout protection device,and the shutdown output of the device directly acts on the emergency shutdown circuit without monitoring judgment,thus ensuring the timeliness and authenticity of the vibration and runout protection device.The channel configuration mode is optimized,so that redundant measuring points at the same part are distributed in different monitoring and acquisition modules,thus avoiding unwanted shutdown due to failure of one monitoring module.
