企业风险承担倾向、供应链外部整合与运营绩效之关系

The Relationship between Risk Taking Propensity, External Supply Chain Integration and Operational Performance

运营绩效是反映企业竞争优势和经营利润率的关键指标,如何在日益严峻的供应链风险威胁下保障运营绩效,成为了供应链管理中的热点话题。基于权变理论和信息加工理论,考察企业风险承担倾向对运营绩效的影响,探讨供应链外部整合中的供应商整合和客户整合的并列双重中介作用。采用问卷调查法对制造业领域从事物流与供应链管理工作的中高层管理者开展调查,共得到有效问卷361份。研究结果表明:企业风险承担倾向对供应商整合、客户整合与供应链运营绩效有显著的正向影响;供应商整合和客户整合共同中介风险承担倾向对供应链运营绩效的影响。

Since operational performance is the key index reflecting the competitive advantage and operating profit margin of an enterprise,how to guarantee the operational performance under the increasingly severe threat of supply chain risk has become a hot topic in supply chain management.Based on contingency theory and information processing theory,this paper investigates the impact of risk taking propensity on operational performance and explores the paratactic and double mediating role of external supply chain integration.A questionnaire survey was conducted among middle and top managers engaged in logistics and supply chain management in manufacturing industry,a total of 361 valid questionnaires were obtained.The results show that risk taking propensity has a significant positive impact on supplier integration,customer integration and supply chain operational performance.Supplier integration and customer integration both play a partial mediating role in the impact of risk taking propensity on supply chain operational performance.The paper enriches the research on the external supply chain integration,and also provides a reference for the practice of supply chain risk management.
