摘要
目的:研究温阳健脾化痰汤对支气管扩张缓解期患者肺功能及血气指标的影响。方法:选取某院收治的90例支气管扩张缓解期患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各45例。患者均行常规西医治疗,观察组加用中医汤剂温阳健脾化痰汤治疗。对比观察2组患者治疗后中医证候积分、肺功能及血气指标。结果:观察组有效率(95.56%)优于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、第1秒肺活量(FVC)、一氧化碳弥散量占预计值的百分比(DLCO)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后动脉血氧分压(PO2)高于对照组,动脉血二氧化碳分压(PCO2)及证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温阳健脾化痰汤治疗支气管扩张缓解期患者的临床效果显著,可加快患者肺功能和血气指标的恢复,促进疾病减轻。
Objective:To study the effect of Wenyang Jianpi Huatan Decoction on pulmonary function and blood gas index in patients with bronchiectasis in remission period.Methods:90 patients with bronchiectasis in remission period were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 45 cases in each. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the observation group was treated with Wenyang Jianpi Huatan Decoction. After treatment, TCM syndrome score, lung function and blood gas index were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the observation group(95.56%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05);the syndrome score of the control group was higher than that of the observation group(P<0.05);FEV1, FVC, and DLCO of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);PO2 of the observation group as higher than that of the control group and PCO2 and the syndrome score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical effect of Wenyang Jianpi Huatan Decoction in the treatment of patients with bronchiectasis in remission stage is significant, which can accelerate the recovery of lung function and blood gas index, and promote the alleviation of the disease.
