我院多参数监护仪故障统计分析

Statistical Analysis of Faults in Multi-Parameter Monitor in Our Hospital

目的通过总结日常维修的监护仪的故障和解决方法,结合我院实际情况制定监护仪质量控制计划,推动我院监护仪的质量控制工作的进展。方法依据国内标准GB9706.1-2007《医用电气设备》和国家计量检定规程JJG760-2003《心电监护仪检定规程》,采用FLUKE生命体征模拟器ProSim 8,对监护仪的各项性能指标进行检测。结果在检测的50台监护仪中,86%的监护仪不合格归因于附件如血压袖带、血氧饱和度探头、心电导联线等的损坏。14%的监护仪不合格归因于血压气泵损坏、血压模块电路板损坏、电源板损坏、按键板、显示屏损坏等的主机内部损坏。结论通过总结我院监护仪不合格的原因,为我院质量控制工作的改进提供了一定的依据。

Objective By summarizing the faults and solutions of the monitor under daily maintenance and combining with the actual situation of our hospital,the quality control plan of the monitor was made to promote the progress of the quality control of the monitor in our hospital.Methods According to the domestic standard GB9706.1-2007 medical electrical equipment and the national metrological verification regulation JJG760-2003 ECG monitoring instrument verification regulation,FLUKE vital sign simulator ProSim 8 was adopted to test the performance indexes of the monitoring instrument sent to the medical engineering department for maintenance.Results In detection of fifty monitors,86%of monitors are due to unqualified attachments,such as noninvasive blood press cuff,the detector of the saturation level of blood oxygen,ECG cable.A total of 14%of monitors were due to the damage to PCB,keyboard and display screen,and so on.Conclusion By summarizing the reasons of unqualified monitor in our hospital,it provides some basis for the improvement of quality control in our hospital.
