摘要
目的利用信息化手段对院内医疗废物进行管理,保证医疗废物回收、转运流程安全规范,避免院内医疗废物流失。方法通过ibeacon蓝牙精准定位技术,建立院内医疗废物闭环管理,由信息化管理方式取代传统医疗废物管理模式,建立医疗废物管理数据平台。工勤人员按指定线路到各临床科室收集医疗废物,使用设备终端读取参与交接医务人员条形码,实时上传医疗废物信息。监管部门通过在线监测平台查看各科室医疗废物产生、交接情况。结果监管部门利用在线监测平台,对医疗废物回收转运流程进行实时监测及可视化监控,工勤人员及临床科室操作便捷、高效。结论基于互联网平台的院内医疗废物闭环管理模式有助于实时、高效地保证院内医疗废物规范化管理,提升了医疗废物监管的信息化和智能化水平,值得推广。
Objective The management of hospital medical waste was carried out by means of informatization technology to ensure the safety standard of medical waste recovery and transfer process and avoid the loss of medical waste in the hospital.Methods The closed loop management of hospital medical waste was established through ibeacon bluetooth precise positioning technology.The information-based management mode replaced the traditional medical waste management mode and the medical waste management data platform was established.The working staff went to each clinical department to collect medical waste according to the designated route,used the device terminal to read the barcode of the medical staff involved in the handover.The supervision department checked the production and handover of medical waste in each department through the online monitoring platform.Results The supervision department made use of the online monitoring platform to conduct real-time monitoring and visual monitoring of the recovery and transfer process of medical waste.The operation of workers and clinical departments was convenient and efficient.Conclusion The closed loop management mode of hospital medical waste based on the Internet platform helps to ensure the standardized management of hospital medical waste in real time and efficiently,and improves the informatization and intelligence level of medical waste supervision,which is worthy of promotion.
