桡骨远端骨折手术患者出院标准化电话回访模式的探讨

Discussion on standardized telephone follow-up mode for patients with distal radius fracture

目的:总结一套桡骨远端骨折手术患者出院标准化电话回访模式,提高电话回访质量。方法:将178例行桡骨远端骨折手术患者随机分为实验组(n=92)和对照组(n=86)。实验组按照标准化电话回访模式进行回访,对照组按照现行的常规无固定模式进行电话回访。比较两组患者腕关节活动优良率(Cooney腕关节评分法)、腕关节疼痛评分、依从性(按时用药、按时复诊、功能锻炼)、出院回访的必要性、患者对医疗护理提出的建议条数及满意度。结果:出院2个月后,两组间的腕关节活动优良率、腕关节疼痛评分、依从性、出院回访的必要性、患者对医疗护理提出的建议条数及满意度比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:标准化电话回访的运用既促进了患者快速康复,提高患者满意度,同时为延续护理的完善奠定基础,值得在临床中进行推广应用。

Objective:To summarize a set of standardized telephone follow-up mode for patients with distal radius fracture after operation and improve the quality of telephone follow-up.Methods:178 patients with distal radius fracture were randomly divided into experimental group(n=92)and control group(n=86).The experimental group followed the standardized telephone follow-up mode,while the control group followed the current conventional non fixed telephone follow-up mode.The excellent rate of wrist joint activity(Cooney wrist score),wrist joint pain score,compliance(medication on time,follow-up on time,functional exercise),the necessity of return visit after discharge,the number of suggestions and satisfaction of patients for medical care were compared between the two groups.Results:Two months after discharge,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups in the excellent rate of wrist joint activity,wrist joint pain score,compliance,the necessity of return visit after discharge,the number of suggestions and satisfaction of patients for medical care(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of standardized telephone return visit not only promotes the rapid recovery of patients and improves the satisfaction of patients,but also lays the foundation for the improvement of continuous nursing,which is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
