“Two Mountains” Theory and ecological construction strategy: a grounded research based on “Zhejiang, China: A New Vision About Development”

作为新时代生态文明建设的指导思想,习近平"两山"理论和生态建设相关战略思想在我国学界和政界都受到广泛关注。基于《之江新语》对习近平以"两山"理论为代表的一系列生态建设战略思想进行追根溯源式的扎根研究,还原并分析"两山"理论从成型到成熟的逻辑发展脉络以及浙江省生态建设战略的现实背景和整体框架,提出了与"两山"理论、生态建设战略相关的两个管理命题,以期为我国可持续发展政策制定者与实践者提供一种战略与思想方法论武器。

As the guiding ideology of ecological civilization construction in the new era, Xi Jinping’s "Two Mountains" Theory and ecological development related strategic thoughts have received extensive attention both in academic and political circles. Based on "Zhejiang, China: A New Vision About Development", this paper takes a deep grounded research on Xi Jinping’s ecological construction strategy to analyze the developing logic of "Two Mountains" Theory and the realistic background and overall framework of Zhejiang’s provincial ecological construction strategy, It puts forward two management propositions related to "Two Mountains" Theory and ecological construction strategy which can provide a strategy and thinking methodology for policy makers and practitioners of sustainable development in China.
