工业设计企业竞争力评价体系研究与实证

An empirical study of competitiveness evaluation system for industrial design enterprises

通过对现有企业竞争力理论以及竞争力评价体系的研究,分析工业设计企业及相关产业竞争力影响因素,利用专家调查法以及群组决策特征根法构建工业设计企业竞争力评价指标体系,以杭州市工业设计企业作为实证对象进行工业设计企业竞争力评价的实证研究,并提出相关对策建议。工业设计企业竞争力评价体系的建立,有助于管理者制定企业发展战略,满足政府部门、投资者和其他利益相关者需要的信息需求和决策,对促进工业设计企业及相关产业健康、可持续发展和提高其竞争力至关重要。

Based on the study of the existing competitiveness theory and competitiveness evaluation system of enterprises, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the competitiveness of industrial design enterprises and related industries, and constructs the competitiveness evaluation index system of industrial design enterprises by using the Delphi Method and Group Eigenvalue Method. Taking Hangzhou’s industrial design enterprises as the empirical object to evaluate the competitiveness of industrial design enterprises, it put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions. The establishment of the competitiveness evaluation system of industrial design enterprises helps managers to make enterprise development strategies, meet the information needs and decision-making needs of government departments, investors and other stakeholders, and is essential to promote the health and sustainable development and competitiveness of industrial design enterprises and related industries.
