公共管理硕士研究生培养模式研究——基于社会需求角度

Research on the training mode of Master of Public Administration: based on the perspective of social needs

高校研究生招生规模的不断扩大,使得研究生教育由精英化走向了大众化。根据市场规律,毕业生受教育程度越高,在就业市场上的竞争优势应该越明显。但是,由于受到自身综合能力、学校培养模式以及市场竞争等各方面的影响,部分硕士研究生在就业过程中屡屡受挫。从社会需求的角度出发,以学术型硕士研究生为分析对象,对公共管理硕士研究生培养单位进行研究,发现在研究生培养模式中普遍存在着目标和评价单一、培养过程重科研轻教学、缺乏理论和实践的长效联系机制等问题,并在此基础上提出了相应的解决措施,试图构建一种适应社会需要的公共管理研究生人才培养模式,实现公共管理研究生教育内涵式发展。

The continuous expansion of postgraduate enrollment in colleges and universities has made postgraduate education from elite to popular. According to market rules,the higher the education level of graduates,the more obvious the competitive advantage in the job market. However,due to the influence of various comprehensive skills,school training modes and market competition,some graduate students have repeatedly suffered setbacks in the employment process. From the perspective of social demand,this paper studies the postgraduate training programs of public administration majors and finds that there are universal goals and evaluations in the postgraduate training mode,whose cultivation process is focused on scientific research rather than on teaching,and there is lack of long-term linkage mechanism between theory and practice. On the basis of this,the author puts forward corresponding solutions,trying to construct a public management graduate students training model to meet the needs of the society,and realize the connotative development of public management graduate education.
