因子分析法下全国智能制造竞争力评价体系的构建与分析 被引量:6

摘要 自“中国制造2025”概念提出,智能制造不断推动中国制造业的转型升级。制造业的竞争力水平代表制造业发展的实力,影响我国经济发展方向。文中选取全国31个省份的16个相关指标,运用因子分析法对各省市规模以上工业企业的规模竞争力、R&D投入、新产品开发及技术改造等4个方面的能力进行实证分析,构建全国智能制造产业竞争力评价指标体系。研究发现:我国智能制造产业整体水平不高;各省市制造业产业区域发展不均;大部分省市创新力度不够。针对研究结果,从企业、政府、高校3个角度提出相关建议,以期为中国智能制造相关研究提供理论借鉴。 Since the concept of“Made in China 2025”was put forward,intelligent manufacturing has played a big role in promoting the transformation and upgrading of Chinese manufacturing industry.The competitiveness level of manufacturing industry represents the strength of manufacturing industry development in various provinces and municipalities,and affects the direction of economic development in China.The research on manufacturing creativity has become the focus of development.This paper selected 16 relevant indicators from 31 provinces in China,and used factor analysis method to analyze the competitiveness of industrial enterprises,R&D investment,new product development and technological transformation,and constructed the evaluation index system of the competitiveness of the national intelligent manufacturing industry.It is found that the overall level of China’s intelligent manufacturing industry is not high;the regional development of manufacturing industry in various provinces and cities is uneven;and most provinces and cities are not innovative enough.According to the research results,this paper put forward relevant suggestions from the perspectives of enterprise,government and universities in order to provide theoretical reference for the research of Intelligent Manufacturing in China.
