摘要
以"光通信"系列在线课程为例,从官兵主观和职教客观两个视角剖析了陆军军事职业教育现状,并通过教育理论研究与在线教学实践,在教学内容、教学组织、教学队伍、教学对象、教学平台以及教学驱动等六个方面为陆军军事职业教育发展及其在线课程建设建言献策。
Taking the of Fiber Communication online course series as an example,the current status of army military professional education is analyzed from two aspects:subjectivity and objectivity. After education theory research and online teaching practice,proposals for the construction of army military professional education and online courses are offered concerning teaching content,teaching organization,teaching group,teaching object,teaching platform and teaching motivity.
