摘要
针对节约型综合办公园区的发展,介绍了能源管理平台在上海新业坊中的应用背景与概况、能源监管平台的架构,并根据园区各企业能源管理需求建立了能源管理平台,对园区内各建筑用电进行分项计量、对各办公室及厂房进行用电集抄和综合分析。该项目的顺利完成,为上海新业坊智慧能源管理提供了科学化、可视化的高效能源管理工具,通过园区节能管理和节能手段实现了一定的节能效益。能源管理平台项目的实施和稳定运行,为新业坊能源管理提供了有力的信息化工具和技术支撑,为建设节约型综合办公园区迈出了重要的一步。
This paper introduces the application background and general situation of the energy management platform in Shanghai new industry workshop, as well as the framework of the energy supervision platform. According to the energy management needs of the enterprises in the park, the energy management platform is built, which mainly measures the power consumption of each building in the park by item, collects and analyzes the power consumption of each office and workshop. The successful completion of the project provides a scientific and visual high-efficiency energy management tool for smart energy management of Shanghai Xinyifang, and achieves certain energy-saving benefits through the implementation of the park’s energy-saving management system and means. The project implementation and stable operation of the energy management platform provide powerful information tools and technical support for the energy management of xinyefang, and take an important step forward in the construction of an energy-saving comprehensive office park.
