摘要 阐述了物联网机电监测系统在大型公共建筑和工业企业中应用的益处及产品的功能特性。该系统可为给排水、空调、热能、消防等机电、动力传统设备建立数据档案。通过运行数据可预判设备的维修周期、备品备件采购周期以及生命周期,并准确显示受控设备的地理位置、节能效益、碳排放量等,并且对受控设备的故障及非正常运行及时预判预警,把故障损失降到最低。 The article introduces advantages and product functions of Io T MEP supervision system applied at large scale public building and industrial enterprises. The system can build up data files for water supply and drainage, HVAC, heat energy, fire suspension etc traditional MEP facility. Through operation data the author can predict maintenance cycle, spare parts procurement cycle and life span of MEP facility to display geographical location, energy saving benefits and carbon emission etc. The author can predict MEP facility fault and abnormal operation with early warning in time to minimize failure loss.
