A型肉毒素面下部肌肉注射联合玻尿酸丰颊填充重塑在下面部年轻化治疗中的短期随访研究

Short-term follow-up study of intramuscular injection of botulinum toxin type A combined with hyaluronic acid buccal filling and remodeling in the treatment of younger and younger

目的探讨A型肉毒素面下部肌肉注射联合玻尿酸丰颊填充重塑在下面部年轻化治疗中的短期随访效果。方法选取我院收治的接受下面部年轻化治疗患者60例(2017年1月~2018年8月),依据随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,各30例。对照组给予A型肉毒素面下部肌肉注射,观察组在对照组基础上给予玻尿酸丰颊填充重塑,术后开展1个月的随访工作。比较两组手术前后面部轮廓参数[面下部长度(LLF)、面下部宽度(WLF)]变化情况、皮肤状态、术后并发症发生率、治疗满意度。结果与对照组比较,术后观察组LLF较大,WLF较小,皮肤暗斑、油脂评分较低,水分、弹性评分较高(P<0.05);观察组治疗满意度76.67%(23/30)高于对照组50.00%(15/30,P<0.05),两组术后并发症发生率比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论A型肉毒素面下部肌肉注射联合玻尿酸丰颊填充重塑应用于下面部年轻化治疗中,可改善患者面下部轮廓和皮肤状态,提高治疗满意度,且安全性高。

Objective To investigate the short-term follow-up effect of intramuscular injection of type A botulinum toxin combined with hyaluronic acid buccal filling and remodeling in the treatment of younger and younger patients.Methods Sixty patients(from January 2017 to August 2018)who received the following young rejuvenation treatment were enrolled in our hospital.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,30 cases each.The control group was given intramuscular injection of type A botulinum toxin.The observation group was given hyaluronic acid buccal filling and remodeling on the basis of the control group,and the follow-up work was performed 1 month after operation.The facial contour parameters[LLF,lower lobe width(WLF)],skin condition,postoperative complication rate,and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the LLF was larger,the WLF was smaller,the skin dark spots and oil scores were lower,and the water and elasticity scores were higher(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction of the observation group was 76.67%(23/30).)50.00%higher than the control group(15/30,P<0.05),there was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The intramuscular injection of botulinum toxin type A combined with hyaluronic acid buccal filling and reshaping is applied to the following younger treatments,which can improve the facial contour and skin condition of patients,improve treatment satisfaction,and have high safety.
