五妙水仙膏引导清除术联合红蓝光照射治疗寻常型痤疮疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Wumiao Narcissus Ointment Removal Combined with Red and Blue Light Irradiation in Treating Acne Vulgaris

目的观察中药五妙水仙膏外用清除术联合红蓝光照射治疗寻常型痤疮临床疗效。方法60例寻常型痤疮患者随机分为2组,治疗组30例,采用中药五妙水仙膏点涂于皮损表面并挤出内容物后照射红蓝光。对照组30例,单独应用红蓝光照射,方法疗程同治疗组。结果治疗组基愈率40.00%,总有效率86.67%,对照组基愈率16.67%,总有效率53.34%,两组基愈率和总有效率均有显著性差异。结论中药五妙水仙膏外用清除术联合红蓝光照射治疗寻常型痤疮,方法简单见效快,副作用小,疗效满意。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine Wumiao Daffodil Ointment combined with red and blue light irradiation on acne vulgaris Methods Sixty patients with acne vulgaris were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in the treatment group,The traditional Chinese medicine Wumiao narcissus cream is applied to the surface of skin lesions and the contents are extruded and then irradiated with red and blue light.Control group:30 cases,Apply red and blue light irradiation alone,Methods The course of treatment was the same as that of the treatment group.Result The basal healing rate of the treatment group was 40.00%,the total effective rate was 86.67%,the basal healing rate of the control group was 16.67%,and the total effective rate was 53.34%.There were significant differences in the basal healing rate and the total effective rate between the two groups.Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine Wumiao Daffodil Ointment combined with red and blue light irradiation for the treatment of acne vulgaris has the advantages of simple and quick effect,little side effect and satisfactory curative effect.
