透明质酸保湿水辅助治疗面部皮炎的效果观察

The effect of hyaluronic acid moisturizing water on the treatment of facial dermatitis

目的研究在面部激素依赖性皮炎病人治疗中采用他克莫司软膏与透明质酸保湿水的价值。方法纳入60例面部激素依赖性皮炎患者于2015.09~2017.12在我院开展研究。依据病历单双号随机选出30例单纯予以他克莫司软膏外用治疗(研究1组),另外30例在研究1组基础之上加用透明质酸保湿水(研究2组),评估两组治疗成效、统计不良反应发生情况。结果研究2组各项症状积分、总有效率均优于研究1组(P<0.05);不良反应发生率两组差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论在面部激素依赖性皮炎病人治疗中采用他克莫司软膏与透明质酸保湿水具有重要意义。

Objective To study the value of tacrolimus ointment and hyaluronic acid moisturizer in the treatment of facial hormone dependent dermatitis.Methods 60 patients with facial hormone dependent dermatitis were enrolled and studied in our hospital from September 2015 to December 2017.According to the medical records,30 patients were randomly selected to be treated with tacrolimus ointment alone(Study Group 1).The other 30 patients were treated with hyaluronic acid moisturizing water(Study Group 2)on the basis of study group 1.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was evaluated and the incidence of adverse reactions was counted.Results The symptom score and total effective rate of the two groups were better than those of the first group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions was not significantly different between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion It is significant to use tacrolimus ointment and hyaluronic acid moisturizer in the treatment of facial hormone dependent dermatitis.
