摘要
目的研究富自体浓缩生长因子(CGF)纤维蛋白液体联合Bio-Oss骨粉治疗上前牙缺失伴唇侧骨缺损的临床效果。方法选取2017年6月~2019年6月我院上前牙缺失伴唇侧骨缺损90例,按随机数字表法分联合组(n=45)、对照组(n=45)。对照组予以Bio-Oss骨粉治疗,联合组予以CGF纤维蛋白液体联合Bio-Oss骨粉治疗。对比两组种植成功率、术后1、3、6个月种植体唇侧骨厚度、新生骨密度、厚度。结果以确切概率法计算,联合组种植成功率100.00%(45/45)与对照组97.78%(44/45)no控释片,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后1、3、6个月两组种植体唇侧骨厚度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后1、3、6个月联合组新生骨密度、厚度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论CGF纤维蛋白液体联合Bio-Oss骨粉治疗上前牙缺失伴唇侧骨缺损效果显著,能提高成骨质量,促进骨组织生长。
Objective To study the clinical effect of rich autologous growth factor(CGF)fibrin fluid combined with Bio-Oss bone powder in the treatment of upper anterior teeth loss with labial bone defects.Methods From February 2013 to December 2016,90 patients with anterior teeth loss and labial bone defects were enrolled in our hospital.The patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table(n=45)and the control group(n=45).The control group was treated with Bio-Oss bone powder,and the combined group was treated with CGF fibrin fluid combined with Bio-Oss bone powder.The success rate of the two groups was compared,and the labial bone thickness,new bone density and thickness of the implant were measured at 1,3,and 6 months after operation.The results were calculated by exact probability method.The success rate of the combined group was 100.00%(45/45)compared with the control group(97.78%(44/45).The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);1,3,6 after operation There was no significant difference in the thickness of the labial bone between the two groups(P>0.05).The bone mineral density and thickness of the combined group were higher than those of the control group at 1,3,and 6 months after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion CGF fibrin fluid combined with Bio-Oss bone powder is effective in the treatment of upper anterior teeth loss with labial bone defects,which can improve bone quality and promote bone tissue growth.
