超脉冲二氧化碳激光祛除面部色素痣的护理体会

Nursing analysis of removing facial pigmented nevus with super-pulse CO2 laser

目的探讨超脉冲CO2激光祛除面部色素痣的全面精细化护理方法。方法在超脉冲CO2激光治疗术前根据皮肤屏障和妆容采用不同的皮肤准备,术中重视医护配合及心理护理,间隔期采用湿性愈合护理方法。结果一次治愈者79例,占98.75%(79/80),复发1例,占1.25%(1/80)。并发症发生率为11.25%(9/80),满意度为98.75%(79/80),均较为理想。结论在超脉冲CO2激光祛除面部色素痣的过程前后采取全面精细化护理可以更好地保证美容效果,有效率较高,并发症发生率较低,患者满意度得到保证。

Objective To explore the comprehensive and refined nursing method of removing facial nevus with superpulse CO2 laser.Methods Different skin preparations were used according to skin barrier and makeup before super pulsed CO2 laser treatment,intraoperative attention was paid to medical cooperation and psychological care,and postoperative wet healing care.Results 79 cases(98.75%79/80)were cured,and 1 case(1.25%1/80)was relapse.The complication rate was 11.25%(9/80)and the satisfaction was 98.75%(79/80),both satisfactory.Conclusion Before and after the process of removing facial pigmented nevus by super-pulse CO2 laser,comprehensive and refined nursing can better ensure the aesthetic effect,higher efficiency,lower incidence of complications,and guaranteed patient satisfaction.
