安徽省电能替代的节能减排效应分析 被引量:1

摘要 总结近年来安徽省电能替代改造项目的替代电量、领域与城市,并基于不同能源品种的热值和污染物排放系数,对电能替代的节能与减排效应进行了测算评估。结果显示,安徽省推广实施电能替代取得良好成效,2014~2018年总替代电量达到230.41亿kWh,90%集中在工(农)业生产制造领域,实现节约标准煤531万t,减少PM、SO2、NOx排放近15万t。"十四五"期间,安徽省将进一步挖掘替代潜力,促进节能减排。 In this paper, the replacement power, distribution field and city of the electric substitution project in Anhui province in recent years are summarized. The results show that the promotion and implementation of electric power substitution in Anhui province has achieved positive results. From 2014 to 2018, the total electric power substitution reached 23.041 billion kWh, 90% of which were from industrial and agricultural fields.Electric power substitution contributed to saving 5.31 million tons of standard coal of energy and reducing 150 kt of emissions of PM, SO2 and NOx. The potential of electric substitution should be further explored to promote energy conservation and emission reduction in the 14 th Five-year Plan in Anhui Province.
