摘要
针对拥有储能电池和电动汽车的智能家庭,适当调整能源调度策略,可使用户在非高峰时段购买到多于高峰时段购买的能源,达到降低用电成本、平衡电力供需的目的。针对家庭能源管理系统(HEMS),以周期内用户用电成本最小化为目标函数,建立混合整数规划模型,提出一种能源调度策略。在GAMS环境下构建家庭能源管理系统的能源调度模型,调用cplex(mip)优化求解器求解得到能源调度策略,结果证明该能源调度策略的有效性。
Focused on smart residential customers, who own energy storage batteries and electric vehicles, it’s easy for them to buy more energy during off peak period than peak period to reduce electricity cost and balance electricity demand-supply with adjusting energy scheduling strategy. Based on Home Energy Management System(HEMS), the author builds mixed integer programming module and puts forward energy scheduling strategy as minimizing users electricity cost as objective function. Under GAMS environment constructing energy scheduling strategy module of ome Energy Management System and applying cplex(mip) to optimize solver to produce energy scheduling strategy, which is proven as effective for energy scheduling strategy.
