摘要
上海电力股份有限公司吴泾热电厂两台入厂煤电子皮带秤及两台入炉煤电子皮带秤原选用的是全悬浮四传感器、四托辊式结构,校验方式采用循环链码校验形式。受计量标准原理和特性的限制,电子皮带秤的准确性无法保证,计量无法达到要求。为此,对这四台电子皮带秤及校验设备进行了改造和更换。
At present, the four electronic belt scales used in Wujing Power Plant are four full suspension sensors and four idlers, and their calibration methods are all in the form of cyclic chain code. Limited by the structure principle and characteristics of the calibration equipment and the unreasonable selection of electronic belt weigher, its measurement accuracy can not meet the higher requirements. The four electronic belt weighers and their calibration equipment are planned to be replaced.
