摘要 以DP-3附加标志的5000t起重船自动化系统为研究对象,通过分类统计全船信号采集点,确定集成自动化系统的网络拓扑结构以及设备具体配置。进一步分析其可靠性与安全性,对电站管理系统、DP-3动力定位控制系统以及电力推进控制系统等重要子系统结合DP-3要求进行研究分析,保证自动化各子系统都能安全稳定运行,满足工程作业要求和中国船级社入级规范要求。 Taking the automatic system of the 5000 t derrick ship with DP-3 notation as the research object,the network topology and equipment configuration of the integrated automatic system are determined by classifying and counting the signal collection points of the whole ship.Further analysis of the reliability and safety are made for the automation system,and the subsystems such as the power management system,DP-3 dynamic positioning system and electric propulsion control system are studied and analyzed as per the DP-3 notation requirement.The safe and stable operation of each subsystem of the automation system are ensured to satisfy the requirement of engineering operation and the rules of China Classification Society.
