摘要
采用线栓法阻断大脑中动脉制作的短暂性大脑中动脉阻塞(MCAO)模型是目前国内外研究局灶性脑缺血最常用的动物模型,其特点为可重复、方便操作,而且成功的模型具有与人类脑血管病相似的临床症状,故得到众多科研人员与临床工作者的亲睐,从而得到广泛利用。但其模型制作并不容易,对操作者的技术要求较高,且术后动物不易存活,死亡率高。本课题组拟从多个角度出发,结合多年来模型制作经验,对MCAO模型制作过程中多个细节进行探讨,以为广大科研人员提供参考。
The transient middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO)model,which is made by occlusion of middle cerebral artery with monofilament,is the most commonly used animal model for studying focal cerebral ischemia at home and abroad moreover.The successful model has similar clinical symptoms to human cerebrovascular disease,so it has been widely used by many researchers and clinical workers.But it is not easy to make the model,the operator of the technical requirements are higher,and the animals are not easy to survive after surgery,high mortality.This research group will discuss the details of the MCAO model making process from various angles,combining with the experience of many years of model making,in order to provide reference for the majority of researchers.
