摘要
基于售电侧放开的背景,研究了传统发电商、售电商与虚拟电厂同时参与市场竞争的报价模型和电力市场优化出清模型。基于传统发电商和虚拟电厂的边际成本和售电商的边际收益建立各主体的报价函数模型,采用分段线性化的方法,将连续报价函数线性化,得到分段报价函数模型,将其带入优化出清模型中,得到优化出清结果。算例验证了方法的有效性。
Based on the background of retail power market deregulation,the bidding model and power system clearing model are investigated considering traditional power plants,retailing elec⁃tricity suppliers and virtual power plants participating in the mar⁃ket competition.Based on the marginal cost of traditional power producers and virtual power plants and the marginal revenue of the retailing electricity suppliers,the bidding function model of each entity is established.The piecewise linearization method is used to linearize the continuous bidding function to extract the segment bidding function,which is introduced to the power system clearing model to calculate the optimization results.The testing examples verify the effectiveness of the method。
