摘要 心血管疾病具有较高的发病率和致死、致残率。各种内源性和外源性损伤因子均可激起心血管系统的固有免疫应答,引起大量免疫炎症反应,造成心血管系统的组织损伤,加速心血管疾病的病情进展。而核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体蛋白3(NLRP3)炎症小体作为广泛存在于机体细胞内的一种多蛋白复合体,可以识别细胞内外的多种病原和危险损伤信号并激活胱天蛋白酶1。作为目前结构和功能最为明确的炎症小体,NLRP3炎症小体在心血管疾病中的作用受到学者们的广泛关注。 Cardiovascular diseases have a high morbidity,mortality and disability. Various endogenous and exogenous injury factors can stimulate the innate immune response of the cardiovascular system,inducing a large number of immune inflammatory reactions,causing tissue damage of the cardiovascular system,and accelerating the progress of cardiovascular diseases. Nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptor protein 3( NLRP3) inflammasome,as a multiprotein complex widely existing in the body’s cells,can recognize many kinds of pathogens and dangerous damage signals inside and outside the cell and activate caspase-1. As the most definite inflammasome with clear structure and function,the role of NLRP3 inflammasome in cardiovascular diseases has attracted extensive attention in recent years.
