摘要
钙离子(Ca 2+)信号转导途径对维持心血管系统稳态及功能有重要作用。Ca 2+-钙调蛋白依赖性蛋白激酶Ⅱ(CaMKⅡ)功能繁多且在心血管系统表达丰富,参与调控多种病理生理过程,包括兴奋收缩偶联、兴奋转录偶联、心力衰竭及心律失常等。CaMKⅡ活化可分为经典的Ca 2+-钙调蛋白依赖性活化及翻译后修饰(PTMs)。目前已发现的PTMs主要包括氧化应激、亚硝基化、O-连接糖基化、相互作用蛋白等,不同PTMs在急性冠状动脉综合征、缺血再灌注损伤、心力衰竭、心律失常等心血管模型中均发挥重要作用。
The calcium ion(Ca 2+)signal transduction pathway plays an important role in maintaining the homeostasis and function of the cardiovascular system.Ca 2+-calmodulin-dependent protein kinaseⅡ(CaMKⅡ)is versatile and abundantly expressed in cardiovascular system,involved in the regulation of various pathophysiological processes,including excitatory-contraction coupling,excitation-transcription coupling,heart failure and arrhythmia.CaMKⅡactivation can be divided into classical Ca 2+-calmodulin-dependent activation and post-translational modifications(PTMs).PTMs consisting of oxidative stress,nitrosation,O-linked lycosylation,interacting proteins,etc.have been found to play an important role in different cardiovascular diseases such as acute coronary syndrome,ischemia-reperfusion injury,heart failure,and arrhythmia.
