Clinical Application of Cellular Immunotherapy in Patients with Gastric Cancer

胃癌导致的死亡在癌症疾病中位居第二,严重影响人类的健康。尽管在传统治疗胃癌方面已经取得了长足的进展,但传统疗法仍有局限性,患者5年生存率仍较低,应对复发性、难治性胃癌束手无策。免疫治疗是一种人为调控人体免疫系统的治疗方法,根据使用的免疫调节制剂的不同分为分子治疗、细胞治疗和免疫调节剂治疗。近年来,免疫治疗在胃癌的临床治疗中成为一种与传统治疗方法互补的新型治疗方法。

Death caused by gastric cancer ranks second in cancer diseases,which seriously affects human health.Although traditional treatment has made great progress in gastric cancer,there are limitations,such as low 5-year survival rate,and no effective countermeasures for recurrent and refractory gastric cancer.Immunotherapy is a treatment of artificially regulating the strength of the human immune system.According to the immunomodulatory preparation,it is divided into molecular therapy,cellular therapy and immunomodulator therapy.In recent years,cellular immunotherapy has become a new treatment method complementary to the traditional treatment in the clinic.
