摘要 骨质疏松症(OP)患者极易发生脊柱的骨折、退变或畸形,大部分患者需要接受手术治疗,但术后容易出现螺钉松动、拔出、内固定失败。为提高OP患者椎弓根螺钉的固定强度,之前国内外学者已经进行了大量关于螺钉的设计和手术技术改进方面的研究,大部分设计和技术在临床中获得了较好的效果,其中手术技术(如螺钉置入技术等)的选择和改进对临床医师实际手术操作具有重要的指导意义,也成为今后进一步研究的方向之一。 Osteoporosis(OP)patients are prone to spinal fracture,degeneration or deformity.Most patients need surgical treatment,but the risks of screw loosening,pullout and internal fixation failure are easy to occur after surgery.In order to improve the fixation strength of pedicle screw in(OP)patients,a lot of studies on screw design and surgical technique improvement have been done by domestic and foreign scholars,and most of the designs and techniques have achieved good results in clinical practice.The selection and improvement of surgical technologies,such as screw placement technology etc.,are of great guiding significance to the actual operation of clinicians,which will also become one of the future research directions.
