摘要
为满足运动性损伤康复机器人的功能要求,设计了多功能床体用于上下肢康复机构的连接以及不同康复动作的完成。结合人机工程学和医疗护理知识,设计了床体的3种功能模式,即卧姿模式、坐姿模式和站姿模式。同时,对其主要结构如抬背机构、翻折机构、升降机构等进行了分析与设计,并结合多体动力学仿真ADAMS软件对其进行验证;运用有限元分析模块Simulation对关键零部件进行力学性能分析,并进行了实物模型的功能验证实验。实验结果表明:多功能床体能够实现3种位姿的切换,满足设计要求;床体的翻折角度与升降高度均符合设计指标,具有功能完善、操作简单、可胜任多种康复训练要求等特点。
In order to meet the functional requirements of rehabilitation robot for sports injuries,a multi-functional bed was designed for the connection of upper and lower limb rehabilitation mechanism and the completion of different rehabilitation actions.Based on ergonomics and medical nursing knowledge,three functional modes of bed were designed,namely,recumbent position mode,sitting position mode and standing position mode.At the same time,the main structures,such as lifting mechanism,folding mechanism and lifting mechanism,are analyzed,designed,and verified by ADAMS software based on multi-body dynamics simulation.The mechanical properties of key components are analyzed by using the finite element analysis module Simulation,and the functional verification experiments of the physical model are carried out.The experimental results show that the multi-functional bed can realize the switching of three postures and meet the design requirements;the turning angle and lifting height of the bed meet the design targets,and it has the characteristics of perfect function,simple operation,and can be competent for a variety of rehabilitation training requirements.
