政务办事人员的模糊限制语分析——以杭州市民中心服务窗口为例

The Analysis of the Hedge of the Administrative Staff——Taking the Service Window of Hangzhou Citizen Center as an Example

模糊限制语是表达个人观点的一种有效形式,在语言表达功能上,它与精准语言一样具有特定作用。为进一步分析政务窗口办事人员模糊限制语的使用情况,选取杭州3个市民中心、4个行政服务中心共7个调查区域,基于对政务窗口办事人员的语料分析,可将模糊限制语分为“副词+陈述”型、“数字朦胧”型、自用概念型与他用概念型模糊限制语,并据此分析政务办事人员模糊限制语的使用理据。这对于推动模糊限制语研究发展、提升政务窗口办事人员工作效率具有一定的指导意义。

The hedge is an effective form to express personal opinions.In terms of the function of the language expression,it has a specific role as a precise language.To further understand the use of hedges by government officials,we selected 3 civic centers and 4 administrative service centers in Hangzhou,7 survey areas in total.Based on the linguistic data analysis of the staff in the government affairs window,the hedges are divided into"adverb+statement"type,"number ambiguity"type,self-use concept type and other conceptual hedges.Based on this,the paper analyzes the reasons for the use of vague restrictions.We believe that results in this paper are of certain guiding significance in promoting the development of hedges and improving the work efficiency of government staff.
