摘要
众包竞赛已逐渐成为国内外企业解决难题的一种主要方式,组织者通过选择信息反馈使利润最大化。众包竞赛中信息反馈的内容要素、类型及其效应推动商业模式的创新与新型产业的崛起。目前,众包竞赛领域中关于最优反馈的研究不够深入。基于此,从组织者、解答者视角出发,选取不同反馈策略下的最优反馈策略,进而在众包竞赛绩效整体评价的基础上,综合考虑信息反馈对众包竞赛中各指标的影响,提出最优信息反馈机制,以丰富最优信息反馈的相关研究。
The crowdsourcing contest has gradually become a major solution for domestic and foreign enterprises to solve problems,and the contractor chooses information feedback to maximize profits.The content elements,types and effects of information feedback in crowdsourcing competition promote the innovation of business models and the rise of new industries.At present,the research on optimal feedback in the field of crowdsourcing competition is not deep enough.Based on this,from perspectives of seekers and solvers,the optimal feedback strategy under different feedback strategies is selected,and then from the perspective of the overall evaluation of crowdsourcing competition performance,comprehensively considering the influence of information feedback on various indicators in crowdsourcing competition,the optimal information feedback mechanism is proposed to study the optimal feedback in depth.
