奥曲肽联合奥美拉唑对上消化道出血的疗效分析

Efficacy Analysis of Octreotide Combined With Omeprazole on Upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage

目的观察上消化道出血采用奥曲肽联合奥美拉唑治疗的效果。方法选取本院2017年8月-2018年6月收治的上消化道出血患者82例,根据床号奇数偶数的方式进行分组,奇数床号患者为观察组(奥曲肽+奥美拉唑)41例,偶数床号患者为对照组(奥美拉唑)41例,对比治疗效果、再出血率、止血时间、住院时间。结果观察组治疗总有效率90.24%、再出血率2.44%、止血时间(22.40±10.42)h、住院时间(8.85±1.24)d均优于对照组73.17%、21.95%、(37.41±11.11)h、(16.63±1.72)d,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥曲肽联合奥美拉唑治疗上消化道出血效果显著。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of octreotide combined with omeprazole on upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods 82 patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to June 2018 were selected and divided into groups according to the way of odd and even bed numbers.Patients with odd bed numbers were the observation group(41 patients with octreotide+omeprazole)and patients with even bed numbers were the control group(41 patients with omeprazole).The therapeutic effects,rebleeding rate,hemostasis time and hospitalization time were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 90.24%,the rebleeding rate was 2.44%,the hemostasis time was(22.40±10.42)h,and the hospitalization time was(8.85±1.24)d,which were all better than 73.17%,21.95%,(37.41±11.11)h、(16.63±1.72)d in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Octreotide combined with omeprazole is effective in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.
