噻托溴铵+吸氧治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究噻托溴铵+低流量吸氧治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭的临床价值。方法选取本院接收的稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者52例,由单双病号分组,两组各26例,常规组实行低流量吸氧治疗,干预组实行噻托溴铵+低流量吸氧治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,干预组患者1秒用力呼气容积、用力肺活量、1秒用力呼气容积与用力肺活量比值明显高于常规组,6min步行距离明显长于常规组,而圣乔治呼吸问题调查问卷评分明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论噻托溴铵+低流量吸氧治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭具有较高的临床价值,能明显改善患者呼吸衰竭症状,可有效提高肺功能。 Objective To study the clinical value of tiotropium bromide plus low flow oxygen inhalation in the treatment of stable COPD with respiratory failure.Methods Fifty-two patients with stable COPD complicated with respiratory failure received by our hospital were divided into two groups,26 in each group.The routine group was treated with low flow oxygen inhalation,and the intervention group was treated with tiotropium bromide and low flow oxygen inhalation.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the ratio of forced expiratory volume in one second,forced vital capacity in one second,forced expiratory volume in one second to forced vital capacity in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group,and the walking distance in six minutes was significantly longer than that in the conventional group,while the score of St.George's respiratory questionnaire was significantly lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tiotropium bromide plus low flow oxygen inhalation has high clinical value in the treatment of stable COPD with respiratory failure.It can significantly improve the symptoms of respiratory failure and improve the lung function.
