药剂科在医院抗菌药物正确应用中的作用分析

Analysis of the Role of Pharmacy in the Correct Application of Antibacterial Drugs in Hospitals

目的讨论并分析在医院抗菌药物正确应用中药剂科的作用。方法选取我院2017年3月-2019年3月收治的3510例使用抗菌药物的患者作为研究对象,随机均分为两组,对照组采取常规抗菌药物使用方案,观察组采取药剂科干预的抗菌药物使用方案,对比分析两组患者使用抗菌药物的情况(抗菌药物种类以及给药天数)和不合理使用抗菌药物的情况(发生更换药物以及联合用药的概率)。结果观察组患者使用的抗菌药物种类以及给药天数显著少于对照组(P<0.05),同时发生更换药物的概率以及联合用药的概率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用药剂科干预的抗菌药物使用方案后,患者使用的抗菌药物种类以及时间均显著减少,不合理使用抗菌药物的情况也得到显著改善,患者的用药利益得到了有效保障,值得在临床上广泛应用。

Objective To discuss and analyze the role of the pharmacy in the correct application of antibacterial drugs in hospitals.Methods A total of 3510 patients who used antibiotics from March 2017 to March 2019 in our hospital were selected as subjects.The patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group used routine antibiotics.The observation group took pharmacy intervention.Antibacterial drug use program,comparative analysis of the use of antibiotics in the two groups of patients(antibacterial drug types and days of dosing)and irrational use of antibiotics(probability of replacement drugs and combination drugs).Results The number of antibiotics used in the observation group and the number of days of administration were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The probability of drug replacement and the probability of combination therapy were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After the application of antibiotics in pharmacy intervention,the types and time of antibiotics used by patients were significantly reduced,and the unreasonable use of antibiotics was also significantly improved.The benefits of patients'medications were effectively guaranteed,and it is worthy of clinical widely used.
