痔疮术后配合复方黄柏液熏洗治疗的中医护理

Nursing Research of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Hemorrhoids Surgery Combined With Fumigation and Washing of Compound Huangbai Solution

目的对痔疮术后患者应用复方黄柏液熏洗治联合中医护理取得的应用效果展开探究,以评估中医护理和熏洗治疗在临床中的价值。方法纳入本次研究的对象主要是本院2018年2月—2019年2月期间进行治疗的200例痔疮患者,对照组100例在患者治疗的过程中选用温水+常规护理干预,中医组100例在患者治疗的过程中选用复方黄柏液熏洗治疗+中医护理,比较两组患者应用效果。结果中医组患者采用复方黄柏液熏洗治疗+中医护理后总有效率比对照组更优,且差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。中医组患者采用复方黄柏液熏洗治疗+中医护理后疼痛消失时间、创面愈合时间以及水肿消失时间比对照组更短,且差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在痔疮患者术后的治疗中应用复方黄柏液+中医护理,可保障其疗效得以进一步提升,将疼痛状况降至最低。

Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in fumigation and washing of hemorrhoids patients after operation,and to evaluate the value of traditional Chinese medicine nursing and fumigation and washing in clinical practice.Methods The subjects included in this study were 200 hemorrhoids patients treated in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019.100 patients in the control group were treated with warm water+routine nursing intervention.100 patients in the TCM group were treated with fumigation and washing of compound cortex phellodendri fluid+TCM nursing.The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the Chinese medicine group was better than that of the control group after the treatment of fumigation and washing with compound cortex phellodendri fluid and nursing with Chinese medicine,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The time of pain disappearance,wound healing and edema disappearance was shorter in TCM group than in control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound cortex phellodendri fluid plus traditional Chinese medicine nursing in the treatment of hemorrhoids patients after operation can ensure the further improvement of the curative effect and reduce the pain to the lowest level,which can be popularized.
