远红外线结合中药疗法对动静脉内瘘的影响

Effect of Far Infrared Ray Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine on Arteriovenous Internal Fistula

目的探讨远红外线结合中药疗法对动静脉内瘘的影响,具体分析远红外照射结合桂龙活血液对自体动静脉内瘘成熟的影响。方法选择2018年1月—2018年12月本院透析中心收治的维持性血液透析并行自体动静脉内瘘术后患者30例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各15例。30例患者均由同一位医生进行自体动静脉内瘘成形手术,并且手术方式相同。术后1周对照组给予远红外线照射进行护理,观察组给予远红外线照射结合桂龙活血液外涂进行护理,两组观察时间为12周,两组患者于术后6、8、12周行彩色多普勒超声检查分别测定流出静脉内径及血流量、距皮缘深度评价两组患者内瘘的生理成熟及临床成熟率。结果观察组在6、8、12周彩色多普勒超声检查流出静脉内径大于对照组、超声检测血流量大于对照组、距皮缘深度小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用远红外线照射结合桂龙活血液护理动静脉内瘘能够促进内瘘成熟,提高血流量。

Objective To explore the effect of far-infrared radiation combined with traditional Chinese medicine therapy on arteriovenous internal fistula(AVF),and analyze the effect of far-infrared radiation combined with Guilong Huoxue liquid on the maturation of AVF.Methods From January 2018 to December 2018,30 maintenance hemodialysis patients admitted to the dialysis center were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 15 cases in each group.All 30 patients were operated by the same doctor in the same way.One week after the operation,the control group was given far-infrared radiation for nursing,the observation group was given far-infrared radiation combined with external application of Guilong blood activating liquid for nursing,the observation time of the two groups was 12 weeks,the patients in the two groups were examined by color Doppler ultrasound at 6,8 and 12 weeks after the operation to determine the internal diameter and blood flow of the outflow vein,and the patients in the two groups were routinely punctured for hemodialysis after 8 weeks,to observe the success rate of the first puncture.Results The diameter of the outflow vein in the observation group was larger than that in the control group,the blood flow in the ultrasonic detection was larger than that in the control group,the depth of the talus was less than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The use of far infrared radiation combined with Guilong Huo blood nursing arteriovenous fistula can promote the maturity of internal fistula and improve blood flow.
