The paper briefly describes importance of implementation of experiential teaching in ethics and rule of law classroom,analyzes the problems of experiential teaching in ethics and rule of law classroom,and discusses the application strategies of experiential teaching in ethics and rule of law classroom from the aspects as follows:change from traditional teaching to experiential teaching,improve the comprehensive quality and ability of teachers,carry out experiential teaching in practice closer to life,and improve the diversified evaluation system of experiential teaching,etc.
