幼儿园安全管理工作是家长密切关注的问题,也是幼儿园首先需要重视的问题。幼儿园存在的安全问题有员工缺乏安全意识、活动设施设备有损坏、教师素质有待提高、食堂管理不到位等。文章针对幼儿园存在的安全问题提出对策,强调要完善安全管理措施,定期检查设施,加强用人管理和食堂卫生管理,确保幼儿健康成长。

The safety management of kindergartens is the problem that parents pay close attention to,and also the problem that kindergartens need to pay the primary attention to.The safety problems in the kindergartens include the lack of safety awareness of the staff,the damage to the equipment,the need to improve the quality of the teachers,and the inadequate management of the canteen,etc.This paper puts forward countermeasures for the existing safety problems in kindergartens,and emphasizes on improving safety management,regularly checking facilities,strengthening personnel management and canteen sanitation management,so as to ensure the healthy growth of children.
