摘要
青少年时期是人体迅速成长发育的关键时期,是智力开发的重要时期,促进其脑智提升至关重要。文章通过分析体育运动对人体感觉、认知、情绪的影响,探讨其促进青少年脑智提升的内在机制,据此阐述体育运动促进青少年脑智提升的策略与方法,以期对体育工作者有一定参考作用。
Adolescence is a key period for the rapid growth and development of the human body and an important period for intellectual development.It is very important to promote the improvement of its brain and intelligence.By analyzing the influence of sports on human feeling,cognition and emotion,this paper discusses the internal mechanism of promoting the improvement of teenagers'brain intelligence,and expounds the strategies and methods of promoting the improvement of teenagers'brain intelligence by sports,so as to provide some reference for sports educators.
