可卸式后悬挂系统设计

摘要 半挂车作为大型设备的重要载体,在远程铁路运输转运过程中和岛礁窄小环境中存在一定的局限性。本文提出一种可卸式后悬挂系统设计方案,方案通过将半挂车设计为上装平台与悬挂行走机构两部分,两部分通过可方便拆装的悬锁装置连接,从而达到公开转运目的。后悬挂气制动系统采用双管双腔制动系统,保证半挂车行车及脱挂时的可靠制动。 As an important carrier of large-scale equipment,semi-trailer has some limitations in the process of long-distance railway transportation and in the narrow environment of islands and reefs.In this paper,a design scheme of detachable rear suspension system is proposed.The semi-trailer is designed as two parts:loading platform and suspension traveling mechanism,and the two parts are connected by detachable suspension lock device,so as to achieve the purpose of open transportation.The rear suspension air braking system adopts double tube and double chamber braking system to ensure the reliable braking of semi-trailer during driving and uncoupling.
